Frequently asked questions
When you come to signup, be sure to mention where you are employed. Several of our area employer qualify for a discount on your plan. Including Bonnel, Graphic Packaging, Mueller, Upper Cumberland, SCBOE, & others.
Miliary, Police, EMTs are 25% off for both the person who is a first responder but also their immediate family members.
Family Discounts -- If spouses join the gym, it is minimum 10% off each membership along with 25% off any child of age to use the weight rooms. Depending on family plans, their may or may not be a charge for children just doing basketball training. For larger families we may offer additional discounts, we quote those on a case by case basis. See the gym for details.
CAC Members must first schedule 1x1 orientation to understand how to use the equipment, how to schedule their reservations, get their keys setup for access, etc Rates will depend on plan level and length consecutive years of membership. Members use the sports reservation link on this site or mobile app to book a session.

We typically don't offer any daypasses to anyone living within a 2 county radium of our facilities. If you are family of a member of a CAC member who is travelling in from out of state, please have the CAC member reach out to use to get instructions on getting injury waivers, payment information regarding the family member guest to get limited access.
